We ship from our warehouse, centrally located in Dallas, TX.
Tracking notifications usually go out at night, after carriers have made their pickups.
It's our priority to ship out our bags as quickly as possible. Once you place your order with us, the wheels are set in motion to get you your bag. So, if you need to make any changes to your order, we ask that you contact us right away so we can accommodate your request.
All orders in the continental US ship FREE. (Domestic Returns are also Free).
We ship via UPS SurePost (4-7 business days) and UPS Ground (2-4 business days). Orders under $70, such as wallets, ship via USPS and will reach most US destinations within 2-4 business days.
If you'd like expedited shipping, please drop us a note at email@example.com before you place your order, and we'll provide you a quote.
Please note, UPS SurePost and UPS Ground will be delivered without a signature required. If you are not going to be at your residence when the package is delivered and are concerned with having the package sitting outside, please contact us before shipping. If the package is already in transit, you may contact UPS with your tracking number and add signature required or have the package held at a nearby UPS location. As our bags/jackets are not cheap, please take these above precautions to prevent any potential theft of your package.
To keep international shipping prices low, we offer USPS First Class and Priority International.

USPS Priority International: 7-14 days
USPS First Class International: 10-20 days
International shipping rates are determined at checkout.
International customers are responsible for tracking their shipment, receiving/signing for orders, and all customs/brokerage charges. Additionally, local carriers may charge additional fees to deliver to remote areas internationally. We are not responsible for those charges.
