For US customers, you can use Klarna to pay via 4 equal installments, with no interest. *See payment terms. A higher initial payment may be required for some consumers. CA resident loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license. 

The first payment is collected when the order is shipped or in 21 days (whichever comes first). The remaining three payments are automatically collected every two weeks. 

The minimum purchase amount for Klarna is $65.

Items on Pre-Order are not in stock. You will be charged at checkout when ordering an item for Pre-Order (we are not able to hold credit card information and bill later). The item will be delivered during the timeframe that is posted on the product page under 'Estimated Shipping'. There are moving parts when it comes to handmade leather production, so delivery dates on Pre-Order items are estimates and not set in stone. We cannot guarantee shipping dates on Pre-Order items. If you are shopping for a gift that needs to arrive on a certain day and it's close to the 'Estimated Shipping' date, please check with us. 

We run 1 sale per year during Black Friday / Cyber Week. Our approach is to offer the lowest feasible price everyday, for all customers...so outside of that sale, we do not run discounts or promotions. 

No. We run 1 sale per year in mid to late November during Black Friday / Cyber Week. If you would like the sale price, please shop during the sale. We are not able to offer the sale price for orders placed before or after the sale.

For individual customers, we do not offer any customizations, laser engraving, or initial stamping on any of our products. We do not offer any bespoke, full custom production.
